NC-2009 MPR2:Must be a complete, permanent building or space

Two new buildings joined by unconditioned walkway

I have a new bus garage (maintenance and admin offices) connected to the fuel/wash building by an open air bridge (unconditioned space). The designer intends to use the bush wash reclaim system for an ID credit. Can these structures be considered one?

Perrilyn, The two buildings cannot be considered one. The Supplemental Guide to the Minimum Program Requirements outlines how buildings can be connected in order to be considered one super structure. I suggest you and your team look through the the guide. Hope this helps!
