Hi We have a project which is G+10 floors & is LEED CS 2008 Gold certified. Now the developer is planning to expand this building by adding 4 more floors over and above the 10th floor. Now, can we apply for the LEED CS rating program only for the newly added on 4 floors and then declare the entire tower as LEED CS certified. Thanks Nandana
