PBE Edifica for EAp2 compliance

Hello, we are developing a strategy to reach a C&S 2009 certification for a commercial building in Brazil. I've read the following from the USGB website: EAp2 "Option 4. Brazil compliance path: PBE Edifica Projects in Brazil that are certified at the “A” level under the Regulation for Energy Efficiency Labeling (PBE Edifica) program for all attributes (Envelope, Lighting, HVAC) achieve this prerequisite." My question is about how to achieve more points under the EAc1. Is there a possibility to get more points using the PBE Edifica alone? Is that necessary to perform a whole building simulation besides the PBE compliance in order to demonstrate further energy savings ? Thank you in advance,

This option was added to the prerequisite only, so it does not appear that additional points are available for EAc1 when using this option. To get points you will need to follow one of the other available options for EAc1.
