Off site signage for Low-Emitting- Hybrid parking spaces

If I have no parking spaces in my LEED boundary, is it ok to have my Low-Emitting parking adjacent to the site? forgive me if this has been answered/asked by someone else.

Hi Vada, I'm probably very late to be replying to your question here, but I believe having your preferred parking spaces outside the LEED boundary is fine as long as you take into consideration all the parking spaces that serve your project and provide preferred parking accordingly. I have limited experience with LEED Schools, but I have seen this being done on other rating systems and don't imagine it being different for LEED Schools. Hope that helps.
