I want to take an ID credit for having 100% of parking spaces under cover, but when I go to the ID credit form and try to select this credit for exemplary performance, it does not show up among the choices. Is there a reason for this? My project is currently in construction phase. How can I fix this?

The most common mistake that I see is that people haven’t checked the box at the bottom of the SSc7.1 form stating: “The project team reserves one point in the Innovation and Design credit category for SS Credit 7.1”. If this is not your problem and the point is correctly completed, then I would suggest contacting the GBCI through the feedback button, or making your own “form”, a document saying what seems to be the problem, but still submitting it for review. I have done this a few times when we just can’t figure out what’s wrong with the form.

Thank you Maria! I did check the ID box on the SSc7.1 form, so I'll try your other ideas.

The other problem may be that you have the ID credit tagged to the wrong phase. When you click the Add/Remove Credits button, you'll see that each ID credit is listed twice - once as a Design-Phase and once as a Construction-Phase. Design-Phase ID credits will only include other Design-Phase credits in the drop-down for Exemplary Performance options; Construction-Phase ID credits will only include Construction-Phase options. So you have to be extra careful when assembling your scorecard to make sure you have the right phase associated with the various ID credits based on what you plan on pursuing for Exemplary Performance.
It's quite possible you have the wrong phase assigned to your open ID credit (check the icon to the left to see if it's Design or Construction). If it's a Design-ID credit, just go into the Add/Remove Credit menu and deselect the Design-ID credit for that particular credit and select the Construction-ID option instead. When you go back to the main scorecard and enter the new Construction-ID credit, you should then see SSc7.1 in that drop-down menu.
Hopefully the transition next week of all projects to LOv4 removes this ID-phase specificity....

Hi,
What happens if you forgot to check the “The project team reserves one point in the Innovation and Design credit category...” and the credit has already been awarded? Can I submit by making my own form or do I need to reopen that credit?
