NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
Greetings, In the project I'm working on there is water consumption due to open cooling tower operation. The utility rate as per modeling software is $/1000 gal. In section 1.5 Energy type summary however there is not such rate. How to proceed in this case, because it is related to the cost efficiency. Thanks.
