Homes-v2008 MRc2:Environmentally preferable products

CMU as regional materials

Can we achieve .5 pt. of Environmentally preferable product credit if we will be using CMU in the fence/landscaping area/grass area? Is this area considered as exterior wall? Pls. Advise.
