NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Selection of HVAC Baseline System

Hi, Sorry for my English Any one can suggest, which is correct baseline HVAC system for following project description. No. of Floors: 7 - including terrace floor (B+G+4+Terrace) Conditioned Floors: 5 floors (G+4) Conditioned Area: 45,000 sq.ft, Gross floor Area: 85,000 sq.ft No zones is conditioned in Basement & Terrace floors. Based on this details, I will go to System 6 (PVAV with PFP boxes) Is this correct. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, Praveenbabu R

Is the building residential or nonresidential (see the definition of "residential" at p. 11)? How is the project building heated (fossil fuel, or purchased heat, or electricity...)?

This Project is Non residential & heating from electricity.

Since the area and the number of floors are relative to conditioned spaces, I agree: System 6.
