Is Cradle-to-Cradle Certification acceptable?

I have a styrofoam insulation that has zero VOC out put. The supplier claims it undergoes VOC small scale chamber testing by MBDC and the product is cradle-to-cradle certified. If I supply the supplier's claim in their letter head, and the cradle-to-cradle certificate, would that be adequate back-up documentation?

Chris - I have not heard that Cradle to Cradle certification is acceptable to prove compliance to the product emission requirements. The product would need to have a test report that shows the product was tested to the CDHS standard (which is also called CA 01350 or CDPH) or shows compliance to one of the product emission certification programs that USGBC/GBCI have used in the past to show compliance to these credits. There are lots of insulation products that have proved compliance to these requirements over the years, so it shouldn't be tough to find them.
