Integrated design is going to become even more necessary as we move into LEED v4 to maintain the performance we have been getting in our buildings, and as a new credit in NC, it will require some new documentation requirements. There is a new form in v4 that I sure hope becomes a reporting tool instead of THE document used by a design team.
Since HC had this credit first, what has the experience been, and best practices, for documenting this credit and getting robust OPRs from owners?

That is a great point, Scott. I forget that other teams haven't been doing this. IPD can get lost in a project if the project doesn't start out as LEED project and it can be hard to impress upon principals that all project should at least start with IPD if LEED is a remote possibility (or just start all of them off with it).
