CS-2009 IEQc8.1:Daylight and Views—Daylight

No Tenant Fit Out

I'm working on a 12-story office building. To my knowledge, there are no concrete tenant fit outs yet (since the tenants have yet to be known). Would the project be able to pursue IEQc8.1/8.2? Do I need to have the TI fit outs in order to pursue these credits, or can I pursue them without the fit outs?

You'll need to use a proposed tenant layout, it does not have to be concrete or even the one that would be used, but just some layout proposal. You'll also need to have the requirements of credits noted in the tenant guidelines.
