University Building - Weekend Trips

I have a question for a science building on a university campus. We want to earn a bonus point. The requirement is as follows, "Projects served by two or more transit routes such that no one route provides more than 60% of the documented levels may earn one additional point, up to the maximum number of points." However, since this is a university campus and very few classes are held on Saturdays, there are different bus routes and stops on the weekends. Should I calculate 60% of the total trips (weekday + weekend)? Or do should it be 60% of the weekday trips and 60% of weekend trips? Thank you!
