How many points can a project achieve from Regional Priority credits?

Can a project receive a point for Exemplary Performance for a credit as well as a point if that credit is also a Regional Priority credit?

My project does not have a zip code because it is not located in the U.S. Can the project still apply for Regional Priority credits?

Changing RP credits?

Has anyone else found that when looking up RP credits for a particular zip code, that they have mysteriously changed from when you had previously looked them up for that same zip code and same rating system? A month ago we had written down the RP credits applicable to our project, and tonight they are completely different. Both times we double checked ourselves... just curious. Thanks!

FYI - I contacted the GBCI directly about the above. Their IT department was able to fix a minor glitch causing the problem.
