CS-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

Development Density - In an industrial area?

I have a Query on SS C 2 Option 1 Development Density - A Warehouse building being developed in an industrial area, can I account nearby industry buildings in the density calculation. Or only commercial and residential building can qualify for this credit, as the LEED reference guide says "…previously developed site and in a community with minimum density of 60000 SFT/Acre net" Your comments on the above please

LEED doesn't specify the type of qualifying buildings on its reference guide. Non-qualifying spaces are public roads, undeveloped public areas such as parks and water bodies. Accordingly you can count the industrial building.
