Hi April,
We find that the best metric for success in the LEED Volume program is for owners who are certifying approximately 25 projects in a 3-5 year timeframe. Owners that have a somewhat lower set of projects to certify are still eligible but we'll want to ensure other program goals and objectives can be met. Owners that have a much lower set of projects are still encouraged to reach out to USGBC so we can find other opportunities for streamlining and working more closely with your team. Please contact us via your USGBC Account Manager or http://www.usgbc.org/contactus
