Can you explain the 12-second duration for metering faucets?
Can I use a nonpotable water source to contribute to WEp1 compliance?
We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?
Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?
Are shower duration controls an acceptable water-saving strategy?
Can I include process water savings in order to earn an Exemplary Performance point?

"Core & Shell projects that do not have final occupancy counts must utilize the default occupancy counts provided in this appendix. Projects that know the tenant occupancy must use the actual numbers, as long as the gross square foot per employee is not greater than that in the default occupancy count table. If code requirements is required gross square foot per occupant is less than those in the table, this is also acceptable."
This is the condition to used different codes, if the gross square foot per occupant is less than those in LEED CS guide, then you can. keep in mind that the numbers used should be consistent for all LEED credits
