Transplanting trees as a means to save them

Hello, Unfortunately, the trees on this site will need to be removed for the building but the owner would like to donate the trees to a nursery rather than a woodchip mill. Can this be applied to this credit in some way or pursued as an ID point? Thank you!

No, technically, repurposed as wood chips or some other functional material is the same in terms of construction waste diversion. It makes for a much better story though!
