Does anyone else out there have problems downloading Reviewer's project reports from LEED Online(V3)? I click the icon and a screen opens with a message "Your Report is Being Prepared" with a swirling icon below. No matter how long I wait (up to an hour sometimes) the report never downloads. I've attempted downloads during off peak hours, just to be sure it wasn't a problem with the server being overloaded; same result. I tried getting advice via "Feedback", but basically got an apology saying "it can take some time", but they were nice enough to email me the report I was trying to access at the time. I'm currently involve in 3 different project and have the same problem with all of them. As far as the other features/functions of the site, no problems; just the reports. Can this be a function of processor speed, memory, operating system?...although I have not had any luck with either my desktop or laptop and they run different versions of windows and one is a bit faster than the other. Other members of the project team do not have this issue, which makes it even more of a mystery. Any ideas/advice would be appreciated!

Charles, yes this is just a quirk...one of a few. However you are right GBCI will email you the report...(This is the 'new' friendly GBCI. A great accolade should be sent to Sarah Alexander who leads the whole team for re-focusing the GBCI on customer service)
Now however, a prize does go to the first person who can find the reviewer icon on the new version 4 website!
