In LEED V4 O+M a project must: • All meters must be recorded at least weekly • Commit to sharing with USGBC the resulting water usage data for a five-year period Is there not frequency of recording in the credit here? Assume to just follow the WEp3 requirements?

Hi Lorne, To meet LEED v4 WEp3, the project must commit to sharing monthly and annual water summaries for the whole building. The sub meters have to be within the main meter boundary to meet the requirements of this particular credit. While the LEED v4 NC rating system doesn't have additional requirements for ongoing water tracking, I think you're on the right track in setting up the capability for weekly readings for buildings that might later pursue EBOM. Plus, the better the resolution of your meters, the faster and easier it is to identify leaks in your building and effectively manage water use.
