Option 2 - CIR's

Can anyone who submitted a CIR for Option 2 regarding a campus situation post your results? We are specifically looking for situations whereby the tertiary water is not used within the LEED Boundary of the current project but is used within the university campus boundary. We are aware of the MPR3 implications and feel based on all of the other site credit applications that are acceptable under MPR3 that a compelling argument can be made for WEc2 to be acceptable in this situation as well but we cannot find anything to hang our hat on... Our project is having 100% of waste water treated at the campus waste water treatment plant. 100% of the tertiary water generated will be used within the campus boundary however they will not have the infrastructure complete to the LEED project in question by the time it becomes occupied. It is forthcoming but a definite timetable could not be established. Any information on this type of application is appreciated.
