Preliminary Design Review

We are about to submit for preliminary design review; some consultants are not done with their assigned credit, but these are minor issues. Is it okay to submit with credits marked "in progress" ....or do they still get reviewed if they are not marked complete. Thanks,

Only credits marked as complete will be reviewed. Prior to submission you will confirm the credits which are to be submitted for review.
