Hvac system Warehouse

Dear all, I am modelling a warehouse that, in future, will have two tenants. It is expected to have two offices and one conference room, however there is still no hvac defined for these areas. Can we define, in tenant lease, a specific type of hvac system (with efficiencies and capacities) and model the proposed case with this type of system? Thanks!

I think you have to consider Table G3.1 point 10: c. Where no heating system exists or no heating system has been specified, the heating system classification shall be assumed to be electric, and the system characteristics shall be identical to the system modeled in the baseline building design f. Where no cooling system exists or no cooling system has been specified, the cooling system shall be identical to the system modeled in the baseline building design Best Regards

The lease agreement needs to be binding and then you can claim savings. You might want to just define system type and efficiency. A future tenant may need a different capacity so I would not include that. You would then just auto-size the system in the model. By the way this sounds like a Core & Shell project not an NC project.
