Where do I find the information? Institute of Transportation Engineers, Transportation Planning Handbook, 3rd edition, Tables 18-2 through 18-4 The ITE website that links from the USGBC page for the credit, does NOT appear to have this Handbook. Thank you.

Note that for v4, the tables needed from ITE for the calculation are included in the LEED Reference Guide

This is perplexing. These are very expensive technical bools. Is the USGBC going to provide these tables eventually?
