I see that spray paint is exempt for NC. What about EB? If it meets the criteria, can it count toward the total?

Hi Nate, I looked through the NC requirements and didn’t see a compliance threshold for spray paint. If you can’t find a standard to reference for spray paint then I think it would likely need to be excluded.
