Is my site previously developed?

What exactly does LEED mean by residential neighborhood or area?

Only a portion of my complying residential development lies within the ½-mile radius. Will this suffice for credit compliance?

I am confused about how I should authenticate the residential development requirement of option 2. I know that we meet the requirement because there are several apartment buildings within the 0.5 mile radius of our building. I have marked one on our google earth map, but now I do not know the next step that I should take.

You need to demonstrate that the residential building meets the density requirements. On past projects we have done this with photographs of the building exterior (if the building size makes it obvious the density requirements are satisfied) and/or with photographs of the doorbell panel at the entrance or post boxes in the entrance hall.

Do know about the County your site is in, but here the County Appraisal District has information online that includes property acreage and for apartments number of units.
