Dear all, In the selection of the HVAC system for baseline according to Table G3.1.1A should the unconditioned underground parking pavements be considered in the number of floors of the building? In our case the building has 5 (6500m² - 70,000 ft2) floors of conditioned office and 2 (3500m² - 17,700 ft2) floors of unconditioned underground parking pavements. All 7 floors have a total floor area of 10000m² (87,700 ft2). Should we use system 6 or system 8 for baseline? Thanks, Anderson

Only conditioned floors count. Sounds like a system 6.
