applying only for EAc5.2 not EAc5.1

Hi! Do you know if we can apply for EAc5.2 without applying for EAc5.1? The Investor doesn't want to pay for the model callibration, therefore we will not apply for EAc5.1. Nevertheless we will install tenats' submeters, so we could try going for EAc5.2 I'm not sure how to determine energy savings without model callibration. Many thanks!

You can pursue 5.2 independent of 5.1.
