Calculating "Other USGBC approved multi-attribute cert" products

Has anyone undergone review with this credit yet? We are preparing documentation now and uncertain if "other USGBC approved standard" products that (MIGHT) qualify (Cradle to cradle certified items, etc) should be calculated at full value (100%) or if they should be weighted similar to the Level certified products. If so, would Bronze and Basic C2C certified products contribute the same as Silver, or not at all? Then use Gold and Platinum to match Level 2 & 3 weightings? Or mimic the v4 "Building product disclosure and optimization - material ingredients" credit weighting as follows: Cradle to Cradle v2 Gold: 100% of cost Cradle to Cradle v2 Platinum: 150% of cost Cradle to Cradle v3 Silver: 100% of cost Cradle to Cradle v3 Gold or Platinum: 150% of cost Thoughts?

I am also curious if anyone has had any luck using Cradle to Cradle for this credit. I have chosen to exclude Div. 9 because it is very difficult to find any BIFMA ratings on these items. However, I do have several products that are Cradle to Cradle and would like to know if they can be included, and if so, how they would be weighted. Thanks!
