Hello, we are working with a property that has a private balcony only accessible from the tenant's kitchen, and only open to the tenant's employees. Would the 10% exemption apply for this credit for this space?

Hi Hil, sounds like you can exclude this area - I don't believe balconies are covered by this credit, only ground floor entrances. It also sounds like you could exclude the area under the 10% exemption as you've noted.
