Anti-corrosive primer and paint on external metal elements

We need to apply an anti-corrosive primer and paint on metal elements, which are anchored into external face of main precast structure. These elements will not be visible from inside of the building, as they will carry elevation panels. Do we need to comply with GC-03 standard?

No, only "Paints and coatings used on the interior of the building (i.e., inside of the weatherproofing system and applied onsite) must comply with the following criteria as applicable to the project scope"
