Dear all, I'am working on an office building with complete furniture design except for one space (room); a classroom which is intended for future use so the owner isn't willing to place furniture in it during the construction phase. 1. should I include this space as a regularly occupied space? if yes; 2. Can I consider it area with views (since that no any furniture obscuring the view)?

Since the room is intended to be a classroom, it should be considered as regularly occupied. However, when it will be in use there will be furniture in it. Therefore, you need to evaluate it as if the furniture is in it now. If you have similar classrooms in the building, assume a similar furniture layout. Out of curiosity, what furniture in the classroom would block the view?

You don;t need to include furniture in the views credit anymore. Just list it as a classroom with the others and there should not be an issue.

It depends on what you're calling furniture. If it is systems furniture or very large, heavy (not movable by one person book cases or lockers for example), then you need to consider it. That's why I was curious about what type of furniture.
