A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

Exterior lighting is regulated by 90.1 and is not process.
Also keep in mind that there is no 25% process load requirement. Model the process loads as accurately as you can. If you are above 25% do nothing. If below provide an explanation indicating why you are below 25%.
