Option 3 Under LEED ND V4

Could you please explain that Option. I am not sure I understand when it is applicable. Thank you OPTION 3. BROWNFIELD REMEDIATION (2 POINTS BD&C EXCEPT CORE AND SHELL, 3 POINTS CORE AND SHELL)

Martine, I think you may be looking at the New Construction credit LT High Priority Site, instead of the ND credit SLL Brownfield Remediation. Eliot

Well, it looks like LEEDuser may have added Option 3 in error. The ND brownfield credit doesn't have a third option in either v2009 or v4. I'll let LEEDuser know. Eliot
