NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

I'm working on a project containing one Basement, Ground and a first floor, it is a residential building, its building footprint meets the minimum program requirement. I just want to be sure if it can follow the LEED BD+C: New Construction and Major Renovations. Thanks

Racha, Depending on how many floors you have, it may need to follow LEED BD+C Homes and Multifamily Lowrise, or LEED BD+C Multifamily Midrise. Check out the rating system selection guidance document here: http://www.usgbc.org/sites/default/files/RatingSystemSelection_01272014.pdf
