Okay, why does the Credit Language above refer to a minimum of 10 fc when the O&M 2010 edited reference guide clearly states a minimum of 25 fc? We are pursuing option 3 and are thoroughly confused now. Thanks for clarifying.

When looking at a static pdf or hardcopy reference guide, you will always need to have the lastest addenda on hand (found on the USGBC website). USGBC publishes updates to reference guides every quarter. The addenda is where you will find the change from 25 fc to 10 fc.

Then LEED User might want to change the Bird's Eye View. It still says 25FC.
