Ciao Gabriella,
Gross floor area is defined as being inside an enclosed space, this means terraces and balconies are not included.

Thanks Jens. Does it means that if I have an enclosed space on the roof (e.g. the MEP rooms, having their own roof and walls) it has to be included within the calculation of the gross floor area for PIform2 ?

Hi
If a project size is modified (the gross floor area) after the preliminary review, besides of the credits that have been attempted what other consequences do I have to consider?
Thanks

I would alert your GBCI review team as to the circumstances of the project size modification and ask for project specific guidance. This can be done through the Help tab at LEEDonline.
