LEED Rating System Selection

Multiple buildings, common basement

Hi, We have a BPO project that wants to be certified but the case is that it shares a common basement with a retail and a hotel. Can it be applied under LEED for Core and Shell (BPO only) since the retail and the Hotel is still not entertaining the idea of LEED certification?
