Where do I draw the radius from?

Pilot credit "Walkable Project Sites" double-dips with SSc2?

Our campus student union is considering an Innovation Credit using v4 pilot credit 14: Walkable Project Sites. Would this pilot credit be double dipping if we also achieve SSc2 option 2? Are there any considerations of the type of street that requires street trees on Walkable Project Sites? We may not be able to achieve an average of 40' spacing between, but the street is not a heavy traffic street, but an internal university street, mainly pedestrian. Thanks.

I have been able to successfully achieve both SSc2 option 2 as well as the Walkable Sites Pilot Credit. I don't know for sure about the definition of "street" but I would think that trees would be even more useful/ advantageous on a pedestrian street.
