100% electricity produced by PV to sell

The building we are working on aiming for LEED certification has photovoltaic panels on the roof, producing electricity. Our client intends to sell all the electricity produced by PV, not to consume it at all within the building. In this case, do we need not to include the electricity as ‘ENERGY AND WATER SOURCES’? Or do we have to include it if getting economic benefits from it? Thank you in advance.

Yasuhito, if your building is not consuming the electricity produced by the PV panels, you should not include on-site renewable energy in the list of energy and water sources.
