NC-2009 MPR5:Must comply with minimum occupancy rates

Building with different uses

Hi there, i am a little bit confused about the egibility of a building. Within the building there is office (60%), retail (30%) and underground parking (10%). Is a certification by EB:OM v2009 ok or are there any restriction about different uses? Does it chance in v4? How? Thank you very much everybody.

Hi Manuel, the building you're describing is definitely eligible for EBOM v2009 and v4 certification. A very high percentage of EBOM users are office buildings that contain retail space and parking - so you'll have no trouble using the EBOM rating system.
