The LEED reviewer for a Core and Shell Office Building has requested the design team to illustrate a hypothetical layout of the tenant spaces to document the potential for Daylighting/Views credits IEQ 8.1 & IEQ 8.2 and also to indicate the possible distribution of occupancy types (conference rooms, unoccupied server/storage rooms, etc) to account for ventilation requirements under IEQp1.
Should the energy model be revised to reflect these hypothetical layouts, which involve a more detailed zoning than is typical of a Core and Shell layout? Currently the shell space is treated as "office" occupancy throughout.

No this is not an energy modeling requirement.
