How do you document if there are trickle vents in the apartments? There is also mechanical bathroom and kitchen exhaust, but it seems there is natural ventilation in the rest of the studio apartments. Would these apartments just have to meet the operable window opening requirement or is there a separate requirement specifically for trickle vents? Please advise. Thank you!

Courtney, unless you document an engineered design for how the trickle vents will effectively ventilate the space, they are no different than any other opening. You would still have to comply with the 4% and 25 foot criteria.
