CI-2009 IEQc6.2:Controllability of Systems—Thermal Comfort

Clarification on open space with 2 work areas.

So if I have a large room with 2 work spaces, a short dividing wall between. Is that considered an open plan work station for Individual Thermal Comfort? Or a shared multi occupant? They sound the same.
