For a recently-constructed school, are sound level measurements permissible in lieu of calculations? I recall that this was a path in LEED for Schools 2007.

I believe they are. The credit language doesn't explicitly state that measurements are OK, but the pdf's that you have to fill out for IEQp3 and IEQc9 allow for measurements instead of documenting design calculations.
