Can A project Team Perform that credit

I'm Having the same problem in a project in Egypt , as Ministry of Environment only provide Environmental Impact Assessment which is totally different from Environmental site assessment , and i couldn't find any consultants or agencies, so i was wondering if the project team can do this assessment for the project , or what are other possibilities

Soha, The makeup of a typical project team would not likely include engineers qualified to perform an ESA. You could contact an international firm with experience in Egypt, such as the one I located here via web search: http://www.naturegcc.com/united.php
