Pilot-Credits PC27:Reconcile Designed and Actual Energy Performance

GHG Emissions in Pilot Credit EAC27

Pilot Credit EApc27 requires the eventual MV evaluation report to include an evaluation of: "Avoided GHG emissions compared to the EA Credit 1 baseline." We're doing a CS2009 project and we have not calculated GHG emissions while submitting EAc1. Which conversion factors would need to be used for calculation the baseline and actual GHG emissions for different parts of the world. For example our current project is located in Turkey and we have others in Russia. Regards and thank you in advance for any clarifications.

I would think that you would need to research the average GHG emissions from those countries. I am not aware of a single source for the whole world but maybe something published by the UN?
