If certified under Version 2.1, does a product that has a C2C-Gold certification meet the emissions and testing requirements of CDPH (CA 01350)?
Or would it need separate CDPH certification by another 3rd party testing agency?
Per the article "Avoiding Toxic Chemical in Commerical Building Project" the testing standard the C2C using is not as stringent as that specified by CDPH.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

For this credit, you would likely need the 01350 standard to be sure. I don't see the C2C allowance here.

Cradle To Cradle (C2C) incorporates some variation CDPH testing and compliance. What I am trying to determine is whether C2C Gold certification is another potential source of 3rd party product CDPH testing? I think the answer is no, but just want to confirm.
Perhaps C2C is moving in that direction due to the requirements of v4, not sure though. Can any one confirm this or not?

Catharine,
I'm just following up for future reference. The Cradle to Cradle program has undergone a change and the new program may qualify for this credit.
