How to claim savings for Equipment Power Density in LEED project

Currently I'm working on a commercial building compliance modeling for LEED CS program. Could anyone give some insight on how to do exceptional calculations to claim savings under equipment power density. Any resource or CIR would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!
