EAP3 online form limits to 10 systems?

I am filling out my first EAP3 form and it won't allow me to add anymore systems beyond the first ten. I still have two more different models to add. In general do you only input each unique model number? I have two RTUs that are the same model, plus one more that is almost the same model and then several other unique systems. Thanks. Edit: Also, is the exact installation date important or can it be an estimate? Can this be changed in the future or should this credit not be submitted until after installation is verified?

You usually can add way more than 10 different models on the the EAp3 form. You should enter each model that will be installed. You may want to ask LEEDOnline to upgrade the form, it looks like a form problem to me. Concerning your date question, if it's a new construction just use "New" from the drop down list.
