T8 LED light specifications

To achieve energy efficiency a project in Bangladesh is planning on buying T8 LED lights with following specifications. Please let me know if the bulbs also need to be CE & RoHS certified? - Light type: T8 - Power Consumption: 22w - Input Voltage:180v-240v - Lumen: 2700 - CRI: 72 RA - Power factor: 0.95 - Color Temperature: 6500-7500K -Tube Light Length: 48 inch

For CI EA 1.1 all that matters is lighting power density (watts per square-meter). There are no restrictions on what fittings or light sources you use.
